Responsibilities: Compile file, store and archive all the quality record forms of production / factory in order to prevent them from damage. Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports and graph which related to production planning, line operating status, production achievement and sales delivery achievement status. Manage office and office equipment. Key in overtime, employee leave and other benefits. Manage time and attendance system. Up-to-date employee\'s personal records, daily monitoring and updating. Assist Department Head and above with reports and other jobs as assigned. Perform adhoc tasks assigned by superior. Requirements: Candidate should possess a Diploma / Advanced Diploma or equivalent in Business Studies / Administration / Management Preferably at least 2 years of related working experience. Required skills: MS Office, ability to multi task ad prioritization skills. Language: Malay & English Able to work at Melaka
