Perform daily incoming and outgoing stock checking.
Ensure materials, components, and finished goods are accurately recorded.
Coordinate with store personnel to maintain proper stock levels.
2. Documentation & System Entry
Prepare and process all related documents including

Update transactions accurately in the company's system.
Ensure all documents are filed, organized, and traceable.
3. Production Support
Assist the Production Manager in preparing production documents and schedules.
Coordinate with production team on material availability and order status.
Follow up on urgent orders and ensure timely processing.
4. Communication & Coordination
Liaise with Sales, Store, and Procurement departments for order updates.
Communicate any stock discrepancies or delays to relevant departments.
5. General Administrative Duties
Prepare reports and maintain production records.
Perform other administrative tasks assigned by the Production Manager.
Job Requirements:
Minimum SPM / Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
At least 1 year of working experience in manufacturing or administrative role is an advantage.
Familiar with Microsoft Office and basic computer systems; experience with ERP system is a plus.
Able to work independently, detail-oriented, and organized.
Good communication and coordination skills.
