1. Maintain an administrative duty relating to the operation (Overtime/pets control/E leave/PPE stock & etc.). 2. Compile, copy, arrange, file and maintain records of Production office activities. 3. Compute, maintain records, proofread data and others information for production, such as ISO records, service reports, SOP, production report & etc. 4. Follow up with Factory manager on the monthly stock count requirements (email, date, count sheet and etc.) 5. Maintain and update GRN, purchase return, daily raw material consumption report, report issue and receipt, bin transfer and etc. in the M3 system. 6. Liaise and inform FM and storekeeper if the raw material stock is not tally in system. 7. Liaise and follow up with supplier regarding the goods delivery, quotation, etc.). 8. Prepare the PR of production and maintenance & store. 9. Summarizes the PR and PO together with the supplier invoice. 10. Ensure the invoice complete with the approval, record and files before pass to finance department. 11. Communicate with Safety officer on the HSE training arrangement. (liaise with trainer, food preparation, training date, trainee quantity, location and etc.) 12. Monitor Inventory stock and order materials, supplies and services. 13. Prepare monthly attendance records and check overtime forms for the production. 14. Prepare meeting agendas, attend meetings, record and transcribe minutes. * Note: Scope of work will be revised depending on the business needs, other related duties as and when assigned by your reporting superior from time to time.
