Accurately track and update production status from start to finish in our systems.
Prepare and manage production-related documents, including product labels, packing tallies, and daily reports.
Perform regular data entry and maintain digital and physical production records.
Assist in monitoring production targets, yields, and quality metrics by compiling and reviewing data.
Support inventory and housekeeping checks, adhering to our 5S standards for organization.
Coordinate with production team members and management to relay information and support workflow.
Assist in the collection and preliminary analysis of daily production data for management review.
Help maintain and update daily machine checklists and other compliance logs.
Facilitate communication between production and supporting departments (e.g., logistics, quality control).
Perform other administrative and clerical duties as assigned by the Production Supervisor.
Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum SPM qualification; a Diploma or Certificate in an engineering or administrative field is a plus.
1-2 years of experience
in a production, manufacturing, or general office clerk/administrative role.
Strong computer skills and high proficiency in
Microsoft Office
(especially Excel and Word).
Excellent attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
A proactive mindset and a willingness to learn.
