Job Description

a) Update daily planning schedules from each department in the production line. b) Arrange and coordinate orders (export and local) with production according to customer requirements. c) Ensure that all required information is recorded in the production order form besides generating orders online. d) Controlled planning department-related document e) Prepare and submit weekly planning progress reports. f) Develop and implement quality control and assurance program and strategies. c) Liaise with production personnel and other staff on routine quality issues to solve problems, and seek remedial and corrective action. g) Carry out a vendor quality assurance program to enhance vendor performance. h) Track, follow up and manage customer complaints and discuss countermeasures recommended by Engineering and Production Department. i) Generate quality reports and use statistical techniques to track trends and patterns of product quality. j) Carry out quality system audits
