Production Clerk System Transaction

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Record daily production output, material usage into the system. Verify accuracy of production orders, job sheets, and related documentation before system entry. Maintain up-to-date records of raw material issuance, finished goods transfers, and stock adjustments. Generate system reports to support production planning, material control, and inventory management. Assist production supervisors in monitoring work order status and highlighting discrepancies. Perform data checks to ensure accuracy and integrity of production system transactions. File and maintain production documents in accordance with company procedures. Carry out any other clerical or administrative duties as assigned by the Production Manager.

Qualifications & Requirements:



Diploma in Business Administration, Manufacturing, or related field. At least 1 year of clerical/administrative experience; exposure to manufacturing or production environment is an advantage. Computer literate, proficient in Microsoft Excel. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry. Good communication and teamwork skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
