To issue Worksheet for orders accordingly.
Work with Production team to analyze job orders and develop production tasks and schedules.
To liaise with sales personnel to ensure all the sales orders are processed and flown down to the production line for correct execution.
To arrange transport/shipping for customer goods delivery/return.
To follow up closely with respective transportation channels to ensure goods arrive at their destination safely.
To work with responsible sales personnel a timely delivery for all orders and communicate with responsible sales personnel should there be any delays in committed lead time.
To work closely with production line to ensure goods readiness achieve expected timeline and ensure the final product meets quality standards and customer specifications.
To communicate with customers when required.
To constantly review and improve production control procedures.
To work with sales personnel and Production Manager for any goods defect and customer complaints / Customer Return.
To update, store and organize all customer-related documentation (including ledger), ensuring it is always up to date.
To ensure necessary production housekeeping is done from time to time.
To record daily production attendance and daily production output.
To console all daily production performance by month (attendance vs output vs OT) into a report for monthly Management Meeting.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum 5 years' experience with strong knowledge of production or sales
Knowledge of ISO 9001 / 45001
Strong analytical skills.
Able to work independently without close supervision.
Good communication & correspondence skills.
Strong Customer Service mindset.
Ability to understand cost containment and budgetary principles.
Possess technical knowledge and be adapt at all phases of the manufacturing processes
Possess good planning skills
