Job Description
Responsibilities
Plan and schedule daily and weekly production according to customer orders and priorities. Coordinate with the
machining, design, and quality departments
to ensure job progress and timely completion. Track job status, material availability, and delivery timelines. Prepare and updateproduction schedules, job travelers, and progress reports.
Identify and resolve bottlenecks or delays in production flow. Communicate with suppliers or vendors for materials or outsourced processes when required. Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping for all production activities. Support continuous improvement in workflow and production efficiency.Requirements:
Experience in
production planning, scheduling, or factory coordination
(preferably in precision machining or manufacturing). Strong organizational and communication skills. Familiar with Microsoft Excel or production tracking systems.Must be able to communicate in Chinese
(to coordinate with team members, suppliers and customers) Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple jobs at once.Preferred (Not Required)
Diploma in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or related field. Ability to read basic engineering drawings
