Cert or Diploma from an accredited college or university.
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a Production & Material Planning fields or related position

Responsibilities
Generate and issuing production order to production team once received sales order from Customer Sales Representative
Checking Inventory availability thru SAP system before issue Production Order
Generate material purchasing requisition if there is no available of LLM part or raw material.
Monitoring with production staff on the output and completion date for delivery.
Updating customer service on the shipment date.
Liaising with Subcontractor Planner on the lead time if required subcontractor process.
Follow-up with Subcontractor or Subcontractor Planner for the completion date for subcontractor process
Notifying Customer Service Representative team once parts are sent to Finished Goods area awaiting for delivery
Preparing & Planned Order performance report and etc.
Attending internal meeting or external meeting with subcontractor & customer.
Follow the Company's environmental policy and procedures and comply with any environmental related legal or regulatory requirements
Any other tasks as and when assigned by the Management.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
