RESPONSIBILITIES
1. To monitor and maintaining all production staff and follow the SOP, scheduling customer incoming/outgoing and logistic planning.
2. Responsible for manpower allocation for all individual production lines, production equipment, logistic and on-site services.
3. Take immediate actions for all abnormality within the production area and related departments.
4. To monitor and achieve daily KPI in production capacity and output.
5. To monitor and maintain ITS barcode tracking activities for all cleanroom garment.
6. To issue purchase requisition for stock items and update the stock control card for production items.
7. To back-up job for supervisor and admin.
8. Preparation and submission of production reports when required.
9. To control the maintenance and equipment that related with production line in liaise with the Technical Department.
10. To undertake any order related job function that may be assigned from time to time.

SKILL /ABILITY
1. Good leadership and interpersonal skills.
2. Able to work under pressure and independently.
3. Preferable on cleanroom knowledge or work in cleanroom environment.
4. Good computer literate with Microsoft Office.
