Job Description

Purpose:

To coordinate with production planning with workshop and material management to support the manufacture schedule.

Job Role:

1. Under lead of production controller, according to manufacture schedule and shop workload status release the drawing, check list and production order to workshop, meanwhile release the material pick list and identify suitable work center to warehouse to support the manufacture;

2. Subcontract the machine parts in manufacture and coordinate subcontractor with bending piping, cleaning parts to support the on schedule.

3. Develop the column and cold box, vessel manufacture schedules for firm bids timely to support to win the projects and develop the column, cold box, vessel manufacture schedule for manufacture, maintenance database system, tracing project schedule implement status and update timely;

4. Jigs management in manufacture to support production required;

5. Work with project engineer, workshop, warehouse, purchase to feedback material available information; to relevant departments or person;

6. Manage the surplus material in workshop;

7. Any other assigned work.

Working Hours: 8am \xe2\x80\x93 5pm (Mon to Fri)

Qualification:
Education: Min SPM and above (Preferable)
Computer skill: SAP system knowledge (Preferable)

Work Experience:

1. At least 5 years work experience in pressure vessel manufacture, familiar with GB and ASME code materials
2. Good computer skill
3. Good team work and communication skill
