JOB DESCRIPTION \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensures timely tracking of project progress and reports to the Project Manager and Operations Manager on any issues that arise. \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist Project Manager in monitoring the planned work schedule and making suitable arrangement and adjustment to meet the project time frame. \xe2\x80\xa2 Support store and production for any urgent matters e.g. urgent delivery arrangement, support production operations. \xe2\x80\xa2 Drive improvement plan including \xe2\x80\xa2 Together with QC team and Project Manager; to examine the customer\xe2\x80\x99s quality complaint and also quality issues occurs in production and together brainstorm an improvement plan. \xe2\x80\xa2 Together with Engineer and Project Manager; to review production efficiency and develop an improvement plan to improve production output and reduce wastage. \xe2\x80\xa2 To assist on tasks assigned by the Project Manager and willing to work extra to achieve the company\xe2\x80\x99s goal. REQUIRED SKILLS \xe2\x80\xa2 At least Diploma in Manufacturing/Production or equivalent. \xe2\x80\xa2 At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
