Monitoring and updating of daily attendance record. Overtime request form to update on daily basis. Verifying the availability of delivery-ready materials and arranging deliveries accordingly. Material Inventory checking on daily basis. Check & update of daily incoming listing (Junkyard) Verifying all incoming materials and updating stocks based on the segregated stock (PP, HDPE, and ABS). Periodically check the MRF Machine's condition and if discover any abnormalities, schedule maintenance to check. Ensure daily inspection is done on the forklift maintenance checklist, shovel maintenance checklist, machine maintenance if discover any abnormalities, schedule maintenance to check. machine maintenance if discover any abnormalities, schedule maintenance to check. Performing monthly inspection of fire extinguishers. Ensure workers adhere to safety policies & procedures. Initiate, execute, and supervise the practical implementation of Occupational Health & Safety workplce. Inspect & conduct monthly audit to ensure the workplace is safe. Prepare summary report of accident , investigate incidents, injuries and hazards. Carry out or perform HIRARC Risk assesment and maintain safe working procedures. Assist in investigation of accidents occurred and submit reports to management where necessary. Machineries spare parts investory data base & housekeeping. Assist workers to seek medical attention (nearby panel clinic), FOMEMA medical checkup & etc.
