Job Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Over-seeing overall production process, from the initial planning stage up to the final completion. \xc2\xb7 Verify & submit daily production report. \xc2\xb7 Coordinate with designers regarding design issues. \xc2\xb7 Coordinate with planners to achieve production\xe2\x80\x99s target. \xc2\xb7 Production cost management - Control concrete \xe2\x80\x99s wastage.
- Control consumable \xe2\x80\x98s usage & prevent wastage. - Manhour management. Set daily production target and control overtime cost - Execute proper SOP to achieve good productivity & quality. \xc2\xb7 Execute production\xe2\x80\x99s checking to enhance quality control. \xc2\xb7 Machineries & material\xe2\x80\x99s arrangement for smooth production flow. \xc2\xb7 Instill discipline among workers by monitoring attendance, punctuality, working attitude. \xc2\xb7 Coordination with RCM for mould preparation. \xc2\xb7 Coordination with SY team to ensure FG clearance in production area. \xc2\xb7 Downtime monitoring. Follow up with Maintenance regarding breakdown status. \xc2\xb7 Instill safe & tidy working environment by ensure proper mould & tool\xe2\x80\x99s arrangement. \xc2\xb7 Enforce daily housekeeping to ensure clean workplace. \xc2\xb7 Conduct toolbox briefing as required. \xc2\xb7 To submit report for safety-related incident to Safety. \xc2\xb7 Provide on job training to team. \xc2\xb7 Any other job function assigned, and new responsibilities as may be added as and when necessary, from time to time. Job Requirement: \xc2\xb7 At least Diploma in Civil / Structural Engineering or equivalent. \xc2\xb7 Experienced in precast concrete management. \xc2\xb7 Willing to work in shift and when required (eg. weekend, public holiday, night shift). \xc2\xb7 Initiative and able to work with minimal supervision. \xc2\xb7 Possess basis English & computer skill.
