To ensure the Company\'s target and department\'s objectives are achieved by managing and monitoring the day to day sectional operation and assist Business Team Leader

To involve in lead/support Projects related matters (CIM, CBS, Kaizen, eCR) to achieve Continental standards and requirements. \xef\x82\xb7 Required to be actively networking with internal departments (QA/PI/PPE/ENG/PUR/PO/FIN) and external parties (Other Conti Plant, Central, Vendor)

Ensure monthly & daily production target are achieved by closely monitoring departmental and sectional production including production cost, production processes, quality, safety and manpower management.

Assure employees adherence of compliance of safety, health, and environment.

Assure the strive for Quality excellence according to business requirement.

Optimize Speed/Volume production level by debottleneck the issues and solve the problems accordingly.

Managing people efficiently and effectively to assure all the KPIs are met on timely manner and accordingly. This also involve good communication skill with 360 degree parties.

Cost mindset consideration in every act of task and work

Qualifications

Bachelor\'s Degree in Manufacturing, Industrial / Engineering or equivalent.

At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Understand basic principles of Production Management and Stock control

Had a process and machine know-how of area of responsibility

Preferably candidate with specializing in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.
