Remuneration: RM4,000 - RM6,000
Responsibilities
\xc2\xb7 Review, implement & improve procedures/ processes.
\xc2\xb7 Research/study automation techniques to maximize production efficiency
\xc2\xb7 Assist station setup/debug
\xc2\xb7 Equipment & machine parameter setting, optimization.
\xc2\xb7 Line balancing & Bottleneck analysis
\xc2\xb7 Yield data summary & analysis
\xc2\xb7 Yield/productivity improvement
\xc2\xb7 Resolve issues in production
\xc2\xb7 Reduce costs and maximize quality
\xc2\xb7 Train staff in new and existing processes
Requirement
\xc2\xb7 Degree/Diploma in mechatronic(preferred), Electronic/Mechanical
\xc2\xb7 Experience & knowledge required
\xc2\xb7 Fully automated/ semi-auto manufacturing environment.
\xc2\xb7 Optimizing machine parameters for efficiency & quality.
\xc2\xb7 Troubleshooting PLC or PC controlled machine.
\xc2\xb7 Production data logging with PC/PLC.
\xc2\xb7 Logged data analysis
Sub Specialization : Engineering;Electrical / Electronics / Semi-conductor
Type of Employment : Permanent
Minimum Experience : 2 Years
Work Location : Johor
Salary Range : RM4,000 - RM6,000
