Job Description

1) To perform task / job as per assign by superior. 2) To take initiative to look into problem/s and lead a team of subordinates to resolve problem/s with scientific approach. 3) To act and behave with the correct manner in representing the company in dealing with suppliers and customers; with the right information and data. 4) To be responsible for material wastages, production yield and others departmental KPI as per assigned by superior and management; and continue with improvement program to add value to the company to serve the customer better. 5) To be able to handle project / program independently. Laise and co-ordinate with customer, supplier, contractor, etc till the project / program completed and smoothly and successfully passes on to production / operation. 6) Make decision for review and verification of adjustments for production operation.
