Job Description
Job Responsibilities
Monitor and control the grinding plant's machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime to achieve target output Collaborate with maintenance teams to schedule and perform routine maintenance and address any equipment malfunctions promptly Enforce safety protocols and conduct regular safety inspections to maintain a safe working environment, adhering to both company policies and regulatory standards Ensure the processed bottom ash meets quality specifications and standards, making adjustments to processes as necessary Maintain accurate logs of operations, maintenance activities, and any incidents or anomalies during the shift Lead and support night shift personnel, providing guidance and ensuring adherence to operational procedures
Job Requirements
Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Process Engineering Minimum 3 years experience in plant operation, troubleshooting industrial machinery Ability to effectively communicate and literate in English and Malay Willingness to work night shifts and adapt to changing operational needs
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
Work Location: In person
