They are looking for a Production Engineers to join their production facility in Ipoh.Key Responsibilities:

• Process Optimization: Analyze and improve manufacturing processes to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
• Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure products meet the required standards.
• Equipment Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance and repair of production equipment to minimize downtime.
• Safety Compliance: Ensure all production activities comply with safety regulations and company policies.
• Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve production issues promptly to maintain smooth operations.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the design, procurement, and quality assurance teams to streamline production processes.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of production activities, including process changes and maintenance logs.
• Training: Provide training and support to production staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Diploma or Degree holder in Engineering or related background.
• Proven experience as a Production Engineer or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong Knowledge of production processes, quality control and safety standards.
• Ability to work independently.
