What will your role be?
1. Analyze Drawing production process issues
2. Provide countermeasures for improvement process to eliminate issues
3. Improve Drawing Production Yield
4. Provide Technical report and Data Analysis.
5. Opportunity to involve in Internal and External ISO9001/14001 audit.
6. Manage & skills up operators capabilities.
7. Preventive maintenance for spare part controls.
8. Enhance technical skills & knowledge by perform any other duties as and when assigned by superior.
What do you need to have to be successful in this role?
1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor\'s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Manufacturing), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical) or equivalent.
2. Candidate have least 3 Year(s) of working experience in Manufacturing , Heavy Industries & related field is required for this position
3. Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.
4. Must have Skill(s):
-Excellent analytical
-Negotiation and problem resolution skills.
-Analysis Skill
5. Strong management and interpersonal skills. Exceptional goal orientation and drive for result is expected
6. Ability to work in a team within a matrix organization.
