Experience in ISO 9001:2015, GMP (MOH), HACCP, RSPO will be an added advantage.
Good interpersonal and communication skill.
Good team player with strong leadership qualities.
Good analytical problem and solving skills.
Good motivational and team building skills.
Those without above qualifications but have 5 years and above working experience in similar capacity are also encourage to apply.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team production supervisors and technician on the day-to day operations so as to meet daily targets.
Train available manpower to their full potential and deploy for optimum productivity.
Present daily production indices in module meeting and solicit process / equipment support to ensure tight focus on areas requiring immediate attention.
Ensure and uphold safety, discipline and housekeeping compliance by all personnel and take actions on violators.
Resolve line related issues and understand all equipment constraint / capacity issues so as to be able to identify, handle and resolve bottleneck situations.
To work closely with quality assurance, maintenance and human resources department on need basis to ensure operation always in smooth conditions from its general admin and manpower status.
