Roles & Responsibilities:

Managing day-to-day manufacturing operations of all products efficiently.
Auditing every process, equipment and every detail associated with the manufacturing unit.
Preparing an efficient schedule for all production operations and assisting in installing and maintaining machines and tools.
Resolve all maintenance issues and recommend improvements to same if required.
Perform regular audits on all safety control programs.
Participate and conduct Hazard studies such as HAZOPs.
Develop BFDs, PFDs, P&IDs, heat and mass balance for new and existing plants.
Prepare and compile standard operating procedures and equipment operation manuals.
Perform other ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

Must possess at least a Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Engineering (Chemical) or equivalent;
At least 3 years of experience in production preferably chemical process plants;
Strong SHEQ knowledge and ability to enforce SHEQ requirements;
Leadership skills with the ability to interact effectively with all levels, and exercise independent judgment;
Strong analytic skills and must be able to identify and solve problems quickly;
Ability in managing and working closely with consultants, contractors and vendors.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday (8am - 5pm)Location: Kawasan Perindustrian Pasir Gudang, Johor
