Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily production activities to ensure smooth workflow and operational efficiency. Prepare and submit accurate daily production reports. Collaborate with designers on design-related matters and coordinate with planners to achieve production targets. Manage production costs and minimize wastage of materials, consumables, and labor hours. Implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to uphold productivity and quality standards. Perform quality inspections and drive process improvements as required. Organize machinery and materials to enhance production flow. Supervise worker attendance, punctuality, and discipline. Coordinate with RCM for mold preparation and with the Stockyard team for finished goods clearance. Monitor equipment downtime and work with maintenance teams to resolve breakdowns promptly. Ensure a safe, clean, and organized work environment. Conduct weekly toolbox briefings and report any safety incidents. Provide on-the-job training and guidance to team members. Perform any other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering. Minimum of 3 years' experience in precast concrete manufacturing. Knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS) is a plus. Strong leadership, teamwork, and communication skills.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
