Improve overall Production Quality, delivery and costs.
Supervise and evaluate performance of all production personnel (Leader, Supervisor/ Operator).
Implement necessary work flow or instruction to improve the productivity - Kaizen activity.
Assist the HOD in running the quality control function and improvement.
Computer literature.

Job Qualification

Possess at least Certificate or Diploma in Engineering (Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering/ Mechatronic).
Minimum 2 years working experiences in manufacturing environment.
Technical Troubleshooting, Quality and Management.
Permanent position.
