• Process Improvement: Streamline production processes to increase efficiency and improve quality. Use Lean manufacturing ideals and problem-solving methodologies to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Equipment and Tooling: Select and maintain machinery and tools ensuring reliability and maximum efficiency. Troubleshoot equipment issues and implement preventative measures.
• Quality Assurance: Monitor production quality and involve the quality control team to identify issues and rectify customer complaints.
• Documentation and Reporting: Record production reports process documentation and quality control data proficiently. Generate performance reports and keep management updated.
• Safety and Compliance: Ensuring safety by mitigating potential hazards and implementing safety protocols and training programs.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth operation and address issues. Coordinate with procurement teams to guarantee the availability of required materials and components.

• Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering (e.g., Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering) or a related field.
• Solid understanding of production processes, manufacturing principles, and quality control methodologies.
• Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Kaizen.
• Proficiency in production planning and scheduling tools, as well as manufacturing software and systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify production issues and implement effective solutions.
