Job Description
Key responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily production operations. Monitor production lines and troubleshoot technical issues to minimize downtime. Analyze production data and implement improvements for efficiency and cost reduction. Ensure products are manufactured according to specifications and quality standards. Support new product introduction and process validation. Maintain proper documentation related to production processes and reports. Enforce health, safety, and environmental regulations in the production area.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree
in Engineering or related field (Fresh graduates are welcome) or Min3 years of relevant experience
in a production or manufacturing environment Able to communicate inEnglish and Bahasa Malaysia
. Good problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and teamwork abilities. Willing to work in a hands-on environment.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From RM3,000.00 per month
