• Candidate must possess at least bachelor degree, professional degree engineering in Electronic / Automotive or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Candidate must speaking in Mandarin preferred as this role requires candidate to communication with HQ in china.

Tanggungjawab

• To acquire critical data, process critical information and produce validation reports related to Job Deliverable under Vehicle Dynamics test items as per Project Development plan.
• To plan the test, conduct measurement, analyze data and propose development targets of Vehicle Dynamics attribute items.
• To plan the execution, setup car preparation, instrument and understands test patterns related to Vehicle Dynamics test.
• To conduct details inspection on test plan, test car specification and target specification
• Routinely report the On Time Delivery Report to the management.
• To upgrade and acquire Vehicle Dynamics related testing equipment in line with more stringent evolved International Standards requirements.
• To perform product re-assessment based on market complaint and benchmarking, establish countermeasure, re-test and recommend for implementation.
• To develop and review new test standard and test procedure for Vehicle Dynamics test items.
• To expand the findings on the lesson learnt or any new methods to be implemented as the new validation process flow or analysis manuals/guidelines.
• To prepare and produce test SOP and Work Instruction (WI) to ensure validation coverage is at par with technology advancement, market demand and regulatory changes.
