Job Description

Job Scope / Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Coordination

- Assist in day-to-day

project planning, coordination, and implementation

to ensure smooth execution of precast production and installation activities.

- Liaise with

authorities, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors

to ensure timely progress and compliance with project requirements.

- Coordinate with

drafters and planners

to resolve design or scheduling issues and to achieve production targets.

Production & Quality Control

- Supervise and monitor the

overall production process

, from mould preparation and reinforcement placement to concrete casting and finishing.
- Conduct

formwork, rebar, and mesh inspections

to ensure all works comply with drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Ensure

M&E installations

and embedded items comply with specifications and performance standards.
- Monitor production quality and ensure all precast elements are

cast correctly, dimensionally accurate, and defect-free

.
- Prepare and verify

daily production reports

, checklists, and other quality documentation.

Delivery Management

- Plan and coordinate

production schedules, delivery programs, and mould requirements

to meet project timelines.
- Ensure products meet clients' requirements in terms of

quality, quantity, and timely delivery

.

Continuous Improvement & Leadership

- Investigate

non-conformities

and implement effective

corrective and preventive actions

Monitor and improve

production efficiency, cost control, and delivery performance

.
- Lead and motivate the production team to carry out assigned tasks efficiently and safely.
- Report directly to the

Production Manager

and provide updates on production performance, challenges, and improvement plans.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in

Civil or Structural Engineering

or equivalent. Minimum

2-5 years' experience

in

precast structural production, or site supervision

.

Fresh graduates are welcome!

Able to interpret structural drawings and carry out on-site inspections effectively. Good communication and coordination skills in

Bahasa Malaysia and English

.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,200.00 - RM4,800.00 per month
