Monitor and control daily production activities to meet targets.
Assist in process optimization and reduction of cycle time and wastage.
Support/Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and problem-solving activities.
Ensure timely resolution of production or process-related issues.
Quality:
Perform in-process inspections and maintain quality records.
Support/Lead implementation of APQP, PPAP, FMEA, and control plans.
Participate in internal and customer audits; implement corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and customer-specific requirements.
Maintenance:
Assist/Coordinate preventive and breakdown maintenance of machines and tools.
Maintain machine performance records and reduce equipment downtime.
Support implementation of TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) practices.
General:
Maintain technical documentation such as SOPs, work instructions, and reports.
Ensure adherence to safety protocols, 5S, and lean manufacturing principles.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for project execution and improvements.
Provide training and support to operators and junior staff (for Executive level).
Qualifications:
Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Automotive, Production, or Industrial Engineering.
Assistant Engineer:
0-2 years of relevant experience (freshers can apply).
Executive Engineer:
2-5 years of experience in a similar manufacturing environment.
Skills & Competencies:
Basic to advanced knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment.
Proficient in MS Office
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a team and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
