- Education level: High School graduate or above.
- Language Skill : Proficiency in written and spoken in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin. Proficiency in Mandarin would be an added advantage.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years experience in manufacturing. Knowledge in plastic packaging will be an advantage.
- Attend production meetings pertaining production status and ongoing problems.
- Work with different departments including the Planning, Quality Control, and Sales Department to ensure cost-effective, high quality and timely delivery of products.
- Manage and monitor production workers to deliver exceptional work.
- Ensure the products meet quality standards and customer specification.
- Develop production tasks and schedule and oversee overall production activities.
- Plan and assign daily job duties to subordinates and operators.
- Control and establish improvement plans for total production waste management.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD software with the ability to create and interpret technical drawing.
- Provide regular reports on production progress and performance to management.
- To assist on any ad-hoc task assigned by manager.
