Job Description
- Daily issue and planning job order to production and ensure the smoothness of production operation;
- Monitor stock level of raw material and WIP;
- Identify problems and improve the process;
- Monitor workers safety and health to ensure all comply with safety procedures;
- Maintain the cleanliness of department including floor, machine, and surrounding area;
- Guide and monitor new operator
- Increment and bonus based on performance;
- Miscellaneous claim (T&C);
- Outpatient panel clinic or medical claim (T&C);
- Annual Dinner and company trips;
- Canteen, gymnasium, pantry, and surau are provided.
- Statutory contribution (EPF/ SOCSO/EIS) from employee and employer;
- Unrecorded leave;
