Job Description
To be based in wood based door and furniture manufacturing plant.
Requirement
Degree holder. Preferably, in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Electrical or Chemical engineering
2-3 year of working experience in similar roles in manufacturing
5.5 working days / 7.00 am - 7.00 pm except Saturday for half day.
Assists Production In-charge to plan schedules and coordinates the day-to-day operation to meet production schedule.
Prepares reports and summary on production quality and recovery for analysis from proper data collection.
Assists Production In-charge on cost effectiveness of the operation cost control and budgeting.
Provides instruction to subordinates to ensure compliance with working schedules.
Assists in planning and directing production activities to optimize production and cost efficiency.
Reviews and analyzes production, quality control, maintenance and operational reports.
Assists in developing and implementing operation procedures to meet the target with minimum defects.
Assists in providing training to subordinates.
Monitors on Safety and Health matters in the factory to ensure safe working procedures and good housekeeping.
Any other duties as assigned from time to time.
