Production Executive
Job Description
Plan, organize, and monitor daily production activities to achieve output and quality targets.
Ensure production schedules are followed and deadlines are met efficiently.
Coordinate with other departments (e.g., Quality, Maintenance, Planning, and Warehouse) to ensure smooth workflow.
Monitor production performance and identify areas for improvement in productivity and cost efficiency.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
Supervise and train production staff to maintain performance standards.
Prepare and maintain production reports, records, and documentation.
Conduct regular inspections of machinery and equipment to ensure operational readiness.
Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions promptly.
Support continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
