Plan, schedule, and monitor daily production operations to meet output targets and delivery schedules.
Ensure all production activities comply with safety, quality, and productivity standards.
Coordinate with related departments (e.g., QA, Maintenance, Warehouse, and Planning) to ensure smooth operations.
Supervise and lead production operators/technicians to achieve departmental objectives.
Monitor machine performance and ensure proper maintenance and minimal downtime.
Control usage of raw materials, tools, and resources to minimize waste and optimize efficiency.
Prepare and maintain production reports, including output, downtime, and manpower utilization.
Identify process bottlenecks and recommend corrective or improvement actions (Kaizen, 5S, Lean Manufacturing).
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety rules, and ISO or other quality management systems.
Participate in new product trials, process improvements, and training of production staff.
