Job Description
PRODUCTION MANAGEMENT
- Responsible for overall manufacturing processes & ensure smooth operation in organizing and maintaining daily production related functions.TRAINING & IMPROVEMENT
- Responsible in training new Production Leader, Technician, Operator & etc.PRODUCTION EFFICIENCY
- Responsible to ensure departmental quality objectives are achieved.MANPOWER ARRANGEMENT -
Responsible of day-to-day lines inspection as according to GMP and ISO Standards procedures / guidelines.PRODUCTION CONTROL
- Setting daily production target and capture in daily production report.5S
REQUIREMENT: -
Diploma or Degree in Manufacturing, Production Management, or a related field. Within 3 years of experience in a similar role within a manufacturing environment Knowledge of relevant industry regulations, quality standards and safety protocols. Strong understanding of production planning, scheduling, execution processes and inventory management principles. Possess good interpersonal, communication and people management skills Proficient in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint) Preferable : LEAN/6 SIGMA, PLASTIC INJECTION, OEE
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
