Overview

We're looking for a passionate and organized

Production Executive

to join our creative team! You'll play a key role in planning and executing video and photo productions -- from concept to delivery. If you're someone who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment and enjoys turning ideas into high-quality visual content, we'd love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and oversee

end-to-end video and photo productions, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Support producers

in managing pre-production, shoots, and post-production -- including scheduling, logistics, and resource allocation.

Maintain and manage equipment

, studio spaces, and Front of House areas to ensure smooth daily operations.

Liaise with clients

to understand project goals and ensure expectations are met throughout the production process.

Collaborate with creative teams

to maintain high production quality and consistency across all deliverables.

Handle administrative and operational tasks

, including bookings, call sheets, shot lists, permits, and vendor coordination.

Provide on-set support

, assisting with crew coordination, talent management, and logistics.

Track project progress

, anticipate challenges, and help find effective solutions.

Research and source

production materials, locations, and suppliers as needed.

Requirements

Experience in video and/or photo production (studio or agency background preferred). Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills. Able to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Proficiency with production tools, scheduling software, and equipment handling is an advantage. A keen eye for detail and a strong passion for creative storytelling.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
