Job Summary:



We are seeking a proactive and organized Production Executive to support the Production Manager in the daily operations of our repair center. This role plays a key part in production planning, manpower arrangement, process optimization, and customer communication to ensure our efficient and timely production processes.

Key Responsibilities:



Administrative Support:

Provide day-to-day administrative assistance to the Production Manager, including document preparation, reporting, and communication support.

Production Planning:

Assist in planning and scheduling daily, weekly, and monthly production activities based on demand forecasts and delivery status.

Manpower Coordination:

Support in arranging and coordinating workforce requirements, shift planning, and communicating with the manager for labor availability.

Input & Output Monitoring:

Track usage of raw materials and finished units output to ensure data accuracy, process efficiency.

Process Monitoring Support:

Collaborate with the production team to monitor progress and ensure processes are being followed according to plan.

Forecast Planning Follow-Up:

Gather forecast data and assist in adjusting production schedules according to customer needs.

Production Data Collection & Reporting:

Collect and compile production data, including daily output, downtime, material usage, and manpower, for reporting and analysis.

Interdepartmental Coordination:

Work closely with Warehouse, and Procurement teams to ensure raw material availability, production flow, and dispatch readiness.

Qualifications & Skills:



Proficient in Mandarin and English.

Diploma or Degree in Telecommunication, Electronic Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in a production support or coordination role, preferably in the Telecom manufacturing sector or Service Center.

Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Good organizational, planning, and multitasking abilities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
