We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented

Production Executive

to support our manufacturing operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values precision, and is committed to upholding high standards of quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Production Manager in planning, managing, and executing daily production operations. Coordinate production priorities, workflow, and scheduling to meet output targets. Identify and report operational or maintenance issues to prevent production delays. Schedule and oversee routine inspections and maintenance of production equipment. Ensure continuous availability of equipment, materials, and supplies for seamless operations. Document work instructions, procedures, and batch manufacturing records accurately. Monitor and record final production output, damaged/rejected materials, and reworked inventory. Maintain detailed records of rework activities, including reasons, actions taken, and recommendations. Uphold strict hygiene and attire standards among production staff in line with GMP requirements. Enforce adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) across all production activities. Manage proper disposal of rejected, damaged, or unwanted materials as per QC protocols. Participate in internal and external audits as part of the audit team. Train subordinates (cleaners, maintenance team, operators) on GMP-related practices. Handle product complaints and coordinate product recall processes when necessary. Support ad hoc tasks and continuous improvement initiatives as assigned.
Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or related field. Minimum 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or production environment will be an added advantage. Strong understanding of GMP and production best practices. Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to lead, train, and supervise a diverse team. Detail-oriented with strong documentation and record-keeping abilities.
