Production Executive (male)

Job Description
The Production Executive is responsible for overseeing daily production activities, ensuring product quality, production efficiency, and compliance with safety and operational standards. This role involves coordinating with various departments to meet production schedules, manage resources, and continuously improve processes.
Duties:
Taking care overall production issue Arrange manpower (Supervisor, Technician, Operator, Material Handle) Supervise and guide production staff to maintain high performance Responsible for control material yield, production yield, production efficiency Prepare and maintain production reports, records, and documentation. Arrange tooling for repairing Coordinate with the QA team to resolve product quality issues. Replying 8D (internal) and support QA to reply to customer Implement and enforce workplace safety and 5S practices
Requirement:
Candidate must possess Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred) Minimum 2-3 years experienced in production or manufacturing environment Minimum 2 years experienced in moulding Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills Good communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From RM3,000.00 per month
