Plan and schedule daily production activities based on orders and priorities.
Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and timely completion.
Coordinate manpower, machines, and materials required for production.
Ensure adherence to safety procedures, company policies, and quality standards.
Track production output and prepare daily or weekly reports.
Identify problems or delays in production and implement corrective actions.
Work closely with Quality Control to ensure product quality and resolve defects.
Maintain proper documentation, including job sheets, production records, and inventory usage.
Assist in process improvement initiatives to optimize productivity and reduce waste.
Provide guidance and supervision to production operators and team leaders.
Ensure proper maintenance and cleanliness of production equipment and work areas.
