Job Description

Responsibilities

1. Operations and management of production with the emphasis on productivity, GMP and cost effectiveness

2. Handle overall plant and factory production, operations and facilities management

3. Assist in achieving optimum productivity on production floor and ensure production schedule and targets are met

4. Actively involve in planning of Production Schedule, Manpower, Process Flow and Quality Plans

5. Ensure consistency and cohesiveness of ISO and GMP system of Manufacturing Department

6. Liaise with suppliers and contractors in daily plant management

Requirements

1. Degree in Biotechnology/Food Technology/Food Science or equivalent

2. Minimum 3 years working experience in healthcare/pharmaceutical manufacturing industries

3. Self-driven with leadership competencies, a good team player, problem solver, observant and strong analytical skills

4. Able to work independently with minimum supervision

5. Good interpersonal and communication skills

7. Knowledge in ISO, GMP and HACCP would be an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,009.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
