Job Overview

We are looking for a

Production Executive

to oversee and manage the daily operations at our

Sacha Inchi manufacturing facility

. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth production flow, meeting quality and efficiency standards, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

Plan, monitor, and coordinate daily production activities Ensure production output meets quality, safety, and delivery standards Prepare and maintain accurate production records and reports Collaborate with planning, logistics, and QA teams on material and resource needs Monitor equipment and workflow to optimize productivity Implement and enforce GMP, HACCP, ISO, and Halal standards Train, guide, and supervise production operators to improve performance Support continuous improvement projects to enhance efficiency and reduce waste

Requirements

Diploma/Degree in Food Science, Manufacturing, Engineering, or related field Strong knowledge of production planning, scheduling, and control Experience in GMP, HACCP, ISO, or Halal requirements (preferred) Good problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills Able to lead, motivate, and supervise a team effectively Proficient in English and Malay (Mandarin is an advantage) Proficient in production management software and reporting tools
