Job Description

As a

Production Executive

, you will oversee and optimize the daily manufacturing process to ensure smooth, efficient, and GMP-compliant operations. You'll play a key role in maintaining production quality, improving processes, and ensuring a safe and productive environment.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily

dispensing, mixing, filling, and packaging

operations. Ensure all production activities comply with

Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP)

standards. Monitor staff performance and enforce

safety and quality procedures

. Identify areas for

process improvement

to increase productivity and reduce waste. Prepare and review

production documentation

and validation reports. Conduct

training

for production staff to maintain compliance and performance. Investigate and resolve

production issues, deviations, or non-conformities

.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Science

or equivalent field.

Minimum 3 years of experience

in manufacturing or FMCG environment.

Proficient in Mandarin, English, and Malay

(to liaise with internal teams). Strong

analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills

. Able to work

independently

with minimal supervision. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable working with

multi-generation teams (Baby Boomers, Gen X)

.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary:

RM4,000 - RM6,000 (based on experience)

Insurance & EPF provided

12-14 days annual leave

5-day work week (Monday-Friday)
