Job Requirement

A minimum of a Degree in any field, with degrees in Production Management, Engineering, or a related field is required. A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within a manufacturing environment is required. Experience with ERP systems and production planning software is a plus. Strong leadership qualities and the ability to manage and supervise a production team. Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills are essential. Knowledge of specific quality and regulatory standards such as IATF 16949 certification is expected. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.

Job Responsibility

Establish and coordinate production schedules to meet customer demand and optimize resource usage. Monitor and adjust production schedules based on daily needs. Manage workforce efficiency and set productivity goals for teams. Resolve production delays and issues, troubleshoot problems, and implement solutions. Ensure that all products meet quality control standards. Manage manufacturing costs, including justifying overtime and reducing cycle times. Monitor inventory levels to prevent shortages or excesses. Report on production performance and provide updates to manager Participate in continuous improvement projects, such as developing process flows and value stream mapping. Implement procedures that improve efficiency while maintaining safety and quality standards. Ensure compliance with health and safety precautions.
