Description :

This position is responsible to assist the Production Manager to manage the entire Production Department efficiently achieving maximum production output meeting Customer required quality. He is to assist the Production manager to ensure that the Department operates at peak efficiency - with customer satisfaction the primary goal - by supervising, organizing, planning and training Production staff and establishing an efficient management system for the Department

Responsibilities:

• To assist the Production Manager to overseeing production process, planning production schedules to ensure meeting Sales Orders requirement with most efficient production cost
• To oversee production process, ensure quality standards are met at each and every point
• Responsible to assist Production Manager for allocating labor resources, tracking production schedules and cost adjustments to ensure everything runs smoothly.
• Responsible to assist the Production Manager in managing, supervising, coaching and training Production staff to ensure smooth daily production operation.
• Responsible to assist the Production Manager in planning manpower and raw material requirement
• Assist the Production Manager to plan monthly, weekly and daily material usage forecast
• Assist the Production Manager to plan, estimate and confirm delivery schedules for sales order
• To allocate labour resources for the production line to achieve required output

To monitor , fine tune and track the production process in order to achieve desired output and quality in most efficient method.

• To oversee and implement regular inspection and maintenance all production tools and equipment.
• To prepare and submit proper and accurate production report including output, material usage, etc.
• To ensure product quality, both in process and finished goods to achieve minimum reject rate.
• To assist Production Manager to establish and Implement improvements to the production process.

Requirements

MUST have minimum 5 years working experience as Production Executive or Supervisory role in manufacturing organisation

• Working experience in Aluminum factory is a great advantage
• Must have experience in managing and leading workers to perform their tasks achieving production output targets.
• Ability to communicate in Mandarin is MUST REQUIREMENT for this position
• Must have strong leadership, people management and communication skills.
• Possess Diploma/ Bachelor\'s degree Engineering, Management or related field is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
