Job Description

Growth:

1) Responsible for the daily productivity to achieved.

2) Hands-on machine setting and process.

3) Responsible of the pre-production arrangement of manpower, material, machine, mould and process flow.

4) To arrange neccesary preparation with other department and 2 way effective communication.

5) Shopfloor observation time and auditing of the production team is no less than 70% compare to in the office time.

6) To prepare report of PDCA for improvement and carry out Kaizen improvement effectively.

Cost:

1) Review the cost need for the consumable as well as other related cost for the approved production tonnage and propose in Proforma.

2) To follow the cost approved in Proforma for the welding material cost, consumable related and the planning schedule for the overtime required.

3) To get for approval if the cost need is exceed the Proforma.

4) To review each month actual cost used vs the Proforma and prepare the action plan required.

Quality:

1) To ensure production is complied to the ISO.

2) To ensure and enforce the utilization of SOP and specified specification.

3) To monitor the customer complaint and carry out improvement action.

People Management

1) To ensure all the activity and the environment is per HIRARC as well as safe to work.

2) To maintain the 5S and housekeeping of factory area.

3) To provide necessary On-job-Training and briefing for workers.

4) To ensure the HIRARC and the safe operation procedure is to the latest review.

5) Safety from hazrad is also a continuous improvement from enforcement to the elimination.

Requirements:

1) Candidate must possess at least Certificates, Diploma or Degree in Manufacturing/engineering.

2) Preferably with 2 years' experience in Manufacturing or factory background

3) Required Skill(s): Good in leading a team, Numerical Skills, hands-on, initiative and positive integrity

4) Languages required: English, BM and Mandarin due to nature of business.

5) Need to be comfortable with factory environment and willing to adopt new knowledge/skill

6) Willing to work at Rawang, Selangor
