Job Description

1. Production Operations

Plan, monitor, and execute daily production schedules to meet output targets. Ensure all production processes follow SOPs, GMP, and HACCP guidelines. Supervise production line activities to ensure efficient workflow and minimal downtime. Monitor usage of raw materials to reduce wastage and ensure optimal yield. Ensure compliance with

and company quality standards. Conduct line checks, hygiene audits, and product inspections.

3. Team Leadership

Lead, train, and guide production operators and line leaders. Manage manpower allocation to ensure smooth operations. Enforce workplace safety rules and conduct safety briefings when necessary.

4. Equipment & Maintenance

Coordinate with engineering/maintenance for equipment servicing and troubleshooting. Ensure machines are operated safely and maintained in good working condition.

5. Reporting & Documentation

Prepare daily production reports, output records, wastage reports, and material usage logs. Maintain accurate documentation for audits (HALAL, internal QA, external authorities). Monitor KPIs such as OEE, yield, downtime, and production efficiency.

Requirements

Diploma/Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Biotechnology, Science or related fields. Minimum 1 year of relevant accounting experience / Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
