Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Monitor machinery and equipment to optimise efficiency and minimize downtime.
- Coordinate with maintenance team to ensure machinery and equipment are well maintained and promptly repaired to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Address any issue that arise during production, troubleshoot problems, and implement solutions to minimize downtime.
- Perform any ad-hoc tasks as directed by the Superior on an as-needed basis.
- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification recognized.
- At least 5 years of foreman experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of the team, self-motivation in daily tasks, and strong problem solving skills.
- Good in handling working tool and parts.
- Pokok Sena: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- Foreman: 5 years (Preferred)
- Manufacturing: 5 years (Preferred)
