Job Description
Assist in daily
production operations
and support supervisors to achieve output and quality targets. Act as atranslator/interpreter
between the China team and local staff during meetings, discussions, and production activities.Take meeting minutes
, summarize key discussion points, and prepare reports in both English and/or Mandarin when required. Supportproduction planning, material coordination, and process documentation
. Assist indata entry, report preparation, and administrative tasks
related to production. Participate inprocess improvement and problem-solving activities
to enhance productivity and efficiency.Job Requirement
Diploma/Bachelor's in
Manufacturing, Production, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields
.Proficiency in Mandarin and English/Malay
(spoken and written) -- able to translate technical and operational terms accurately. Good communication, teamwork, and note-taking skills. Positive working attitude, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 3-6 months
Pay: RM1,000.00 - RM1,500.00 per month
Work Location: In person
