This internship provides hands-on exposure to production operations in a manufacturing environment. The Production Intern will support daily production activities while learning assembly processes, quality control practices, safety standards, and teamwork within a structured production line.
Key Responsibilities:
Production & Assembly
Support assembly, cutting, crimping, soldering, and inspection activities according to work instructions and SOP.
Quality Control
Assist in ensuring products meet required quality specifications.
Report any non-conformance or defective products to the Line Leader or Quality Inspector for corrective action.
Learn basic quality inspection methods and defect identification.
Housekeeping & Safety
Maintain cleanliness and organization at the workstation in compliance with
5S standards
.
Follow all company safety rules and wear required
personal protective equipment (PPE)
at all times.
Documentation & Reporting
Assist in recording production data, material usage, and downtime accurately.
Support continuous improvement and basic problem-solving activities when assigned.
Assist in operating machines and tools safely under supervision.
Follow daily production schedules and support the team in meeting output targets.
Teamwork & Learning
Work closely with Line Leaders, Technicians, and team members to understand production workflows.
Attend on-the-job guidance to improve technical skills, process understanding, and work efficiency.
Requirements:
Diploma, or Degree
in Engineering, Manufacturing, Electronics, or a related field.
Basic knowledge or interest in
manufacturing or electronics assembly
is an added advantage.
Able to
read and follow work instructions
in Chinese/English.
Good hand-eye coordination
and attention to detail.
Positive working attitude, responsible, and a good team player.
